According to the Not to Pay Commission a recent directive from the Assistant Director (C8, Inspection & Philately) of the Tamil Nadu Circle, it has been noted that Directorate PO Order No. Phil 08/2024 lacks specific details regarding the technical aspects of Customized ‘My Stamp’, standard operating and accounting procedures, discount structures, and commission guidelines for officials involved in procurement.
Due to these omissions, the matter has been escalated to the Directorate for further clarification. In the interim, all concerned are advised to withhold any commission payments related to the procurement of Customized ‘My Stamp’ until official guidance is received from the Directorate.
